About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with teams across departments to turn AI use cases with measurable impact into working solutions from scoping to production
Translate process knowledge from operational colleagues into clear, executable requirements
Build automation hands-on using LLMs, no-code/low-code platforms (Claude, Make.com, or similar), scripts, and APIs
Measure what you ship: track time saved, error rates, and volume handled to verify solutions actually deliver
Document every engagement thoroughly so that solutions can be maintained, understood, and iterated independently

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related technical degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
Eagerness to learn & fully leverage agentic AI using LLMs and automation platforms (Make.com, or similar); you pick them up fast and go beyond the surface, and actively track what's new in the field
Comfortable with APIs and scripting (Python or similar); you understand how software systems connect and exchange data
You explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues, and you're genuinely good at it
Structured, independent, and action-oriented; fluent in English (German is a plus)
