About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and scale our AI outbound engine across two brands
- Own campaigns end-to-end (targeting, list building, sequencing, optimization)
- Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads through the smart combination of AI and automation tools
- Ensure clean, structured CRM data and reliable workflows
- Translating sales goals into automated software processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5 years of experience in Growth, RevOps, or Outbound
- Proven ownership of outbound campaigns end-to-end
- Strong understanding of ICP, targeting, and messaging
- Hands-on with CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, Apollo)
- Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with automation & AI
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
