Manager, Clinical Operations and Quality – RN Required
SevaroManager of Clinical Operations & Quality overseeing Sevaro’s telehealth programs nationwide. Leading implementation initiatives and driving quality improvement efforts for stroke and neurological care.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage telehealth implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, workflows, and implementation documentation.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and hospital stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and operational goals.
- Coordinate onsite implementation and training visits with hospital partners as needed.
- Support operational collaboration with physician recruitment, credentialing, and licensing teams when applicable.
- Review case logs daily for completeness and accuracy with same-day clinician follow-up when needed.
- Review all reported issues and communicate updates to hospital stroke coordinators in real time whenever possible.
- Review thrombolytic cases daily, identify delays or process improvement opportunities, and initiate root cause analysis for Door-to-Needle times exceeding benchmarks.
- Manage documentation requests from hospital partners and coordinate provider follow-up promptly.
- Escalate hospital concerns, case reviews, or operational issues appropriately for physician leadership review.
- Collaborate daily with physician leads regarding ongoing quality initiatives and operational concerns.
- Prepare and report monthly stroke quality metrics by site, provider, and organizational trends.
- Participate in hospital stroke committee meetings and educational sessions.
- Coordinate educational lectures, mock drills, and Sevaro training initiatives.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of clinical workflows, protocols, and best practice guidelines.
- Support pre-implementation meetings and onboarding activities for new hospital partners.
- Review stroke alert workflows, protocols, and order sets for quality improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to Sevaro’s Joint Commission accreditation maintenance by ensuring clinical workflows, case documentation, and quality processes meet or exceed applicable standards.
- Fulfill administrator on-call responsibilities as assigned, ensuring continuity of operational support across all hours of service.
- Serve as a primary operational contact for Sevaro clinicians throughout their engagement with the organization.
- Address clinician questions, concerns, and operational needs while escalating issues appropriately.
- Foster strong clinician relationships through responsive communication and operational support.
- Own the day-to-day operational relationship with hospital partners from implementation through ongoing program management.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for hospital stakeholders.
- Coordinate onsite quality visits and service expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership and clinical teams to optimize telehealth workflows and patient care outcomes.
- Provide educational resources and operational support to ensure successful program utilization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active RN License required
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare quality management, preferably within a stroke or neurology program.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, with direct oversight of clinical or operational staff.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable improvement strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment with a high degree of self-direction and professional accountability.
- Comfort with or curiosity about AI-powered tools in healthcare, including clinical decision support, quality monitoring, and data analytics applications.
- Experience with Joint Commission accreditation processes, including survey preparedness and gap analysis.
- Familiarity with telehealth workflows, teleneurology programs, and clinical documentation standards.
- Project management experience, including leading cross-functional or multi-site initiatives.
- Proficiency in AI tools, DOMO, PowerBI, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides).
