Controller

• Own all aspects of accounting, controllership, cash/treasury management, and financial operations
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP, regulatory requirements, and audit standards
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Manage annual audits, tax filings, and SEC readiness initiatives
• Oversee corporate cash management and banking relationships
• Partner with CFO on capital markets activities
• Prepare Sevaro for IPO readiness and build SEC-compliant reporting processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning alongside CFO
• Build and mentor a high-performing accounting and finance team
