About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Complex Sales Cycles: Manage strategic new business opportunities from prospecting through executive discovery, customized demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and close.

  • Consistently Exceed Revenue Goals: Maintain a healthy pipeline, deliver accurate forecasts, and consistently exceed monthly recurring revenue goals through a consultative sales approach.
  • Lead Through Influence: Serve as a trusted resource by sharing best practices, mentoring peers, and contributing to the continued success of the sales organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of full cycle B2B sales experience in a quota carrying role with responsibility for prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, and closing new business.
  • 3+ years selling software, technology, marketing, equipment, chemicals, distribution, route management, CRM, or other business solutions directly to pest control companies.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas while independently building and closing new business.
  • Experience managing complex sales opportunities with multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles while maintaining an accurate forecast and healthy pipeline.
