About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, manage, and grow strategic relationships that help drive revenue, strengthen Scorpion's position in the home services industry, and create value for our partners and their customers.
  • Work closely with the Director of Strategic Partnerships to identify, evaluate, and execute partnership opportunities with manufacturers, distributors, consultants, industry associations, and other organizations that serve home services businesses.
  • Represent the Scorpion brand, foster trusted relationships, and ensure partners have an exceptional experience throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities and support the development of business cases, partnership strategies, and scopes of work.
  • Develop and manage project plans that ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners, serving as a primary point of contact and advocate.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to create partner enablement materials, co-marketing campaigns, thought leadership content, and other partnership assets.
  • Train and support Sales and Account Management teams to maximize the value of partner relationships, referrals, and joint initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain reporting processes to track partner performance, engagement, referrals, and revenue impact.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and opportunities within the home services ecosystem.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of Scorpion's products, services, and partnership offerings.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support the growth and development of colleagues across the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years in B2B large account or partner management.
  • 3+ years of experience in partnership development.
  • Experience managing referral, affiliate, channel, product, or strategic partnerships and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience within the home services industry, preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage performance data and insights to inform partnership strategy and decision-making.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute business initiatives.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding goals and business objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and partnership management tools.
  • Experience creating and executing partnership marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of legal considerations related to partnership agreements.
