About the role

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, overseeing development and execution of high-impact digital marketing strategies
  • Mentor and support Account Managers and Marketing Assistants to refine client relationships, campaign execution, and problem-solving
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and guide clients through complex marketing initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic insights to optimize client success
  • Partner with internal teams (SEO, paid media, content, brand strategy) to refine marketing strategies and ensure seamless execution
  • Ensure marketing budgets are allocated effectively to maximize ROI
  • Lead client meetings and deliver clear, actionable marketing strategies and presentations
  • Lead training sessions for internal teams and clients on digital marketing best practices and Scorpion’s marketing platform
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring new insights and innovations to the team
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and introduce additional Scorpion solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of professional experience in client-facing account management
  • Proven track record of upselling and growing client accounts
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, understand their needs, and deliver results
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute client strategies
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and budget management experience
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform well under pressure
  • Passion for mentoring and developing team members
  • Eagerness to learn new tools, platforms, and industry best practices
  • Eligibility to work in the United States (Scorpion participates in E-Verify)
