About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients overseeing development and execution of high-impact digital marketing strategies
- Mentor and support Account Managers and Marketing Assistants to refine client relationships, campaign execution, and problem-solving
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and guide clients through complex marketing initiatives across SEO, paid media, social media, and content
- Lead client meetings delivering clear and actionable marketing strategies and presentations
- Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic insights to optimize client success and ROI
- Partner with internal teams (SEO, paid media, content, brand strategy) to ensure seamless execution
- Lead training sessions for internal teams and clients on digital marketing best practices and Scorpion’s marketing platform
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and introduce additional Scorpion solutions
- Contribute to team development by mentoring junior account managers and sharing best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of professional experience in client-facing account management
- Proven track record of upselling and growing client accounts
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, understand their needs, and deliver results
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute client strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and budget management
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for mentoring and developing team members
