Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of experience in account management or client service roles in a Digital Marketing Agency (or similar industry)
  • 3+ of experience leading and mentoring teams
  • 2+ years of experience in Home Service or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn vertical-specific dynamics
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and performance levers
  • Strategic thinker who develops clear, actionable plans that drive measurable results
  • Inclusive leader who empowers teams, builds trust, and elevates others
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder who thrives in cross functional collaboration
  • Proficient in CRM and client engagement platforms
  • Quick learner who adapts easily to new systems, tools, and priorities
  • Confident presenter with strong executive presence and the ability to align team objectives with company strategy
