Ensuring accurate standard costing, inventory valuation, and cost controls.
Analyzing manufacturing variances, supporting monthly close activities, and maintaining inventory accounting processes.
Partnering with operations, supply chain, quality, and finance teams to improve efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
Experience working with inventory accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing operations.
Expertise in cost analysis, inventory valuation, and variance reporting.
Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
Strong background in GAAP accounting and internal controls.
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge required.
Experience supporting IPO readiness, SOX compliance, or public company reporting highly preferred.
