About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Sales Directors, Channel Sales Managers, Account Managers, Product Managers, and Project Managers to understand customer needs and support the sales process
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for Conversational Analytics and Conversational Automation solutions
Lead customer discovery sessions and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Design solutions that address customer pain points and requirements
Scope, lead, and manage Proofs of Concept (POCs) with customers and internal teams
Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and other solution-related documentation
Participate in solution delivery as the voice of the customer
Communicate customer requirements and feedback to central teams
Liaise between customers and central Solution and Professional Services teams
Support on-site solution and Professional Services delivery
Build relationships with technical stakeholders and business leaders
Ensure proposed solutions address technical requirements and business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Electronics, or a related field is preferred
Experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or product management within customer service automation, contact center technology, Conversational AI, Speech Analytics, Speech Recognition, Virtual Agents, Voice Biometrics, or related technologies
Hands-on technical skills
Strong interpersonal abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
Strong customer focus and ability to build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders
Ability to participate in technical discussions with IT teams while understanding and addressing business stakeholder requirements
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
Based in the USA
Willing to travel up to 25% of the time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
