About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Processing weekly or bi-weekly payroll information by collating, calculating, and entering data into a standardized spreadsheet
- Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, exemptions and saving deductions
- Preparing reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, leave, and non-taxable wages
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
- Maintaining and improving all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
- Supporting the payroll product and GTM teams with additional projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- High degree of technical literacy, specifically deep knowledge of spreadsheets (excel, google sheets)
- Ability to interact with customers in a professional and helpful manner
