About the role
- Oversee General Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
- Partner with leadership to ensure financial infrastructure supports meaningful growth
- Own the monthly close and reporting process with accuracy and discipline
- Identify process improvements and system opportunities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping core accounting function running smoothly
- Turn complex accounting and ERP processes into practical, scalable solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Holds a current CPA license in good standing
- Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with audits and internal controls in system-driven environments.
- 8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience with team leadership
- Experience owning the close process, GL, AP, and AR
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain preferred
