About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fully execute and lead key HR initiatives that support SES’s corporate vision; diagnose organizational challenges and implement effective action plans.
Partner with leadership to identify competency, knowledge, and talent gaps. Develop and execute targeted programs to build a robust talent pipeline for future business success.
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership regarding company policies, values, compensation, and benefits, ensuring consistent policy interpretation.
Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to streamline hiring and onboarding processes.
Monitor and ensure all company activities and policies are strictly compliant with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of progressive HR experience with deep expertise across core HR pillars (employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation, and benefits).
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent senior-level HR experience/certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
ADP Workforce Now experience is strictly required; practical experience working alongside or supporting Payroll functions.
Proven ability to understand business operations from both a high-level strategic perspective and a day-to-day tactical level.
Powerful and confident communication skills with a proven track record of effectively presenting to and influencing all levels of an organization.
