About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Learn & utilize supporting technology – Docusketch, Encircle, Matterport, etc.
- Learn & utilize proprietary Servpro systems
- Attend preliminary walkthroughs with Project Manager
- Perform inspections to gather information for Construction Estimators
- Assist in collecting documentation, deposits, and samples
- Transport materials as requested
- Visit various cities to pull project permits
- Assist in coordinating vendors – temp toilets, fencing, security, etc.
- Possibly become the point person to aid client material selection
- Other tasks as assigned by Management – responsibilities will grow as experience evolves.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in the construction industry – work or education
- Basic understanding of structural materials
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Clean Driving Record
- Ambition to learn and grow
