About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and grow a designated Dallas-area territory of commercial accounts and Centers of Influence (COIs)
- Build relationships with property managers, insurance agents, facility managers, and commercial businesses
- Conduct daily business development activity including: In-person visits, Networking events, Scheduled meetings, Lunch-and-learns, Industry association involvement
- Research prospects before outreach and lead conversations with value and insight
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline management
- Identify client pain points and position restoration solutions consultatively
- Conduct follow-up and relationship management after loss events
- Hit weekly activity, meeting, and pipeline goals
- Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Professional presence with the ability to connect with all personality types
- Coachable with a growth mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of B2B sales, account management, staffing, recruiting, or business development experience
- Existing network in the Dallas commercial market
- Experience in restoration, construction, staffing, insurance, or property management industries
