- Responsible for expanding ServPro Team Landers' commercial footprint through strategic prospecting, relationship development, and disciplined account management.
- Owns the full sales cycle — from pipeline generation to close — while cultivating long-term partnerships with property managers, insurance professionals, and commercial decision-makers.
- Ideal candidate brings relentless drive, deep market awareness, and a proven ability to turn new relationships into lasting, high-value accounts.
Requirements
- Identify, pursue, and close new commercial accounts through targeted prospecting, outreach, and a well-managed pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring consistent service satisfaction and maximizing revenue retention and expansion.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with property managers, insurance agents, and adjusters to drive referrals and strengthen market presence.
- Develop and execute a territory-specific market development strategy aligned with company growth objectives and commercial sales priorities.
- Represent ServPro Team Landers at industry events, trade associations, and networking functions to elevate brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
- Deliver weekly sales activity reports and pipeline updates, tracking performance against established targets and adjusting strategies to ensure goal attainment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and a consistently high standard of service delivery.
- Champion the company's culture of urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement by embodying its core values in every client interaction and business decision.
