About the role

  • Own relationship-building efforts across Northern Monmouth County with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, realtors, plumbers, and commercial partners
  • Represent SERVPRO of Aberdeen/Holmdel at networking events, trade shows, chamber meetings, sponsorships, and community activations
  • Help coordinate and execute events, promotions, CE classes, and local brand campaigns
  • Build referral pipelines through cold outreach, in-person drop-ins, follow-up meetings, and strategic account touches
  • Deliver confident presentations to insurance and property professionals on our restoration capabilities
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline in Salesforce, including call logs, next steps, and pipeline tracking
  • Work closely with operations and leadership to ensure excellent customer experience and follow-through
  • Help increase brand visibility through social media support, local partnerships, and boots-on-the-ground marketing

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in sales, marketing, hospitality, recruiting, athletics, fundraising, events, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Comfort hearing “no” and coming back stronger
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, LinkedIn/social media, and event coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized with strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
