About the role

  • Build relationships with commercial property managers, facility leaders, insurance professionals, and other key partners
  • Develop Emergency Ready Plans for commercial facilities so businesses are prepared before a loss occurs
  • Identify and pursue new commercial prospects through networking, industry associations, and one to one outreach
  • Represent SERVPRO Team George at industry events, continuing education programs, and networking opportunities
  • Monitor local loss activity and respond when opportunities arise
  • Work with operations teams to scope services, communicate solutions, and support project estimates
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout projects and ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Identify and develop Centers of Influence that generate long term referral opportunities
  • Participate in local and regional storm response efforts when severe weather impacts the community

Requirements

  • Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Organized, self motivated, and results driven professionals
  • Comfortable with prospecting and relationship building
  • Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn for prospecting and relationship management is strongly helpful
  • Two or more years of business to business sales experience is preferred
  • Background in service based sales, restoration, insurance, facilities management, property services, or related industries is helpful but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
