About the role

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary client partner for key customers and industry segments
  • Ensure seamless, high-quality delivery across all client engagements by addressing challenges proactively, managing risks, and upholding Servos’ standards for excellence and client satisfaction
  • Lead and support project teams by fostering alignment, addressing staffing needs, maintaining positive team morale, and providing escalation support
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within client accounts, assisting with proposals, SOW creation, and solution design
  • Partner with the ServiceNow field and industry sales teams to help guide customers on defining projects and expanding the use of ServiceNow across the accounts
  • Ensure financial and operational success for client engagements by monitoring project health, mentoring PMs on Servos methodologies

Requirements

  • 8+ years of leading technology engagements and managing cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior and C-level client stakeholders
  • Experienced in overseeing full solution lifecycles, including planning, solution design, delivery oversight, operational support, and large-scale discovery or assessment engagements
  • Proven in driving and closing large, complex deals, with strong account management, relationship management, and consultative sales experience
