About the role

  • Work on designing IT infrastructure technical solutions aligned with clients' needs and commercial strategies.
  • Support the sales team in client meetings by gathering requirements and understanding scenarios.
  • Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures and supporting documentation (HLD/LLD, when applicable).
  • Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations to support consultative sales processes.
  • Assist in the analysis of RFPs, Terms of Reference and tender documents, ensuring technical compliance and quality of responses.
  • Contribute to defining the best solutions involving on-premises, hybrid and cloud environments.
  • Specify solutions involving storage, backup, disaster recovery, virtualization, hyperconvergence and networking.
  • Interact with vendors and partners for sizing, quotations and technical validation of solutions.
  • Support the preparation of commercial proposals, ensuring alignment between technical scope and financial proposal.
  • Keep technical information, proposal templates and support materials organized and up to date.
  • Monitor market trends and technological evolution, contributing improvements to the solutions portfolio.

Requirements

  • Experience in pre-sales, solution architecture or technical IT infrastructure roles.
  • Knowledge of:
  • IT infrastructure (on-premises, hybrid and cloud)
  • Storage, Backup and Disaster Recovery
  • Virtualization and/or Hyperconvergence
  • Networking
  • Experience preparing technical proposals and supporting sales teams.
  • Experience at system integrators, MSPs (Managed Service Providers) or in corporate projects is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Analytical, organized profile with a strong sense of priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Intermediate English (preferred).
