• You will support and shape ServiceNow projects from consulting and design through implementation to live operation
• You will analyze and design functional requirements in the ITSM, HR and/or Customer Service areas and implement them
• You will conduct business analyses to identify optimization measures for digital workflows
• Configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules is part of your responsibilities
• You will support the onboarding/mentoring of our Junior Consultants
• You will be responsible for managing (sub-)projects, stakeholder management and reporting
• You will independently and proactively help shape and continuously develop our ServiceNow service portfolio
