About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Automatic issuance and dispatch of all units.
- Manual invoice dispatch and clearing of events in the system;
- Logistics invoicing;
- Issuance of individual or discounted "boleto" payment slips and sending of remittance files;
- Review of the report of invoices pending settlement for event 286;
- Management of billing emails sent manually;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: High school diploma (completed)
- Currently enrolled in higher education preferred
- Excel – intermediate level
- Experience with administrative and financial tasks
