About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist importer and exporter clients by providing information on current legislation governing the import and export of goods.
- Prepare, issue, and analyze reports on shipment volume and cargo clearance times.
- Coordinate outsourced services provided by customs brokers and carriers.
- Prepare customs clearance reports containing information on the number of processes handled.
- Manage the team by delegating tasks and monitoring execution.
- Analyze processes and working methods to identify bottlenecks.
- Keep up to date with changes in the client's environment and external conditions.
- Ensure that departmental processes comply with the applicable requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred education: pursuing postgraduate studies.
- 5 years of experience in Foreign Trade.
- Excel – intermediate level
- Preferred: English – advanced level
