About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receive incoming orders and verify the consistency of order information.
Issue, send, and follow up on shipping instructions to the exporter.
Send customs clearance instructions containing the essential information.
Monitor the customs clearance process from the arrival of the goods at customs.
Manage deadlines for foreign-exchange/FX settlement.
Control processes that may potentially generate demurrage charges.
Advise customers on specific information and requests.
Provide performance indicators/metrics to the client.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum education: completed Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred: currently pursuing postgraduate studies.
Experience in Foreign Trade / International Trade.
Basic knowledge of integrated systems.
Excel – intermediate level.
English – intermediate level.
Desired: intermediate Spanish.
