About the role

  • You support your clients over the long term, drive change, and optimize the use of proven best practices such as Scrum, ITIL®, PRINCE2®, DevOps, or COBIT®.
  • You analyze client requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • You help implement optimal cross-process alignment and confidently advocate for an agile, lean, and reliable IT.
  • You develop and optimize business processes, contribute your ideas, and coach teams as well as individual employees.
  • In your projects, you contribute to our clients' business success with passion and expertise.

Requirements

  • You bring passion and enthusiasm, speak your mind honestly, and are eager to make an impact.
  • You have project experience from one or more companies.
  • Ideally, you already hold Scrum, ITIL® or other certifications related to business processes or project management.
  • Excellent German and English language skills and a high willingness to travel are expected.
