About the role
- Develop long-term customer relationships — solution-oriented, consultative and strategic
- Analyze needs, identify opportunities and design compelling training solutions
- Work closely with Consulting, Delivery and Marketing to inspire and delight customers
- Take a holistic approach to sales — from first contact and contract negotiation through to successful implementation
Requirements
- Sales experience in a B2B environment, ideally in IT services and IT training
- Fluent in German and English
- Interest in IT best practices, certifications and professional development
- Structured, independent working style and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication skills, consultative ability and negotiation expertise
