About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support sales efforts in client-facing meetings and calls by leading custom product demonstrations
Manage, train, and coach a team of Solutions Engineers, including Enterprise level SEs
Collaborate with Solutions Engineering leaders to implement new processes
Measure and hold accountable SE team to performance standards
Identify and institute processes to reduce onboarding rejection rate and improve sales close rate
Review demos, provide feedback and enforce demo quality standards for SEs
Report to Sr. Management on operational and financial KPIs
Conduct weekly 1:1s with each SE
Collaborate cross-functionally with Pro Sales and Enterprise teams to quickly address challenges
Marry technical expertise, product knowledge, and industry knowledge with Sales Acumen to help close business and educate customers
Understand Product Roadmap and communicate upcoming releases and implications to business owner
Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams and relay info to Sales Team
Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-4 Years in Solutions Engineer Role at a SaaS company
1-2 Years in a Management Role preferred
Proven track record of success at previous companies
Experience and familiarity of our products and line of business a plus
