Set a product analytics agenda that shapes strategy for a publicly traded company impacting millions of homeowners
Develop insightful and in depth reporting to understand product areas driving customer success and areas needing improvement
Manage a quickly growing team of 19, including multiple people managers
Work with C-Suite/VP level stakeholders to set roadmaps and influence the company’s product roadmap and overall strategy
Review key deliverables and perform complex ad-hoc analyses
Creatively answer questions nobody is asking to improve business operations
Create KPIs that measure the health of the product and its impact on customers
Assist sales and marketing teams in creating product impact claims for major deals
Mentor and grow teammates to deliver strong deliverables across the business
Set a technical strategy using latest technologies while balancing immediate execution with long term vision
Work with data engineering to help create data marts that allow for self service and accelerate speed to value over time
Requirements
Must have experience leading people managers in product analytics functions of at least 15 people for 3+ years
Comfortable with tight deadlines in a high-growth environment; Ability to prioritize projects based on ROI and timing in the presence of ambiguity
Demonstrated ability to set a strategy that makes the sum of the team greater than its individual parts; Ability to creatively start new projects; viewed as both indistinguishable and indispensable from the business teams you partner with
Proven ability to set a strategy to scale data marts in a product that is evolving quickly
Experience rolling out GenAI-focused analytics tools to enable self service for simple questions
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills that allow you to directly communicate with VP+ product managers/engineering leadership
Proven track record of growing leaders within their team, giving autonomy to high performing leaders, and maintaining a high bar for performance
Bachelor degree in a business or quantitative field
Tableau expertise
SQL expertise and previous experience with data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
Experience using clickstream data to make key product decisions
Preferred: Experience with FullStory
Preferred: Experience in python (data manipulation)
Preferred: Experience with anti-fraud efforts within a SaaS product
