About the role

Own and elevate the revenue forecast: Lead our monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting processes, including variance analysis, scenario planning, and executive-level reporting.
Strategic business partner: Work closely with C-level and senior executives across Finance, Sales, Product, and GTM to influence strategic decisions.
Drive transformation: Design and implement scalable improvements to forecasting, reporting tools, and analytics frameworks to support long-term growth.
Develop and mentor talent: Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members, building a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Executive storytelling: Translate complex and incomplete data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations tailored for leadership.
Cross-functional leadership: Proactively align revenue strategies across functions and ensure execution against business priorities.

8+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, or Investment Banking, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level analysis.
Proven track record of influencing executives and driving company-wide initiatives.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities; ability to develop junior talent.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to craft insights for a C-suite audience.
Demonstrated ability to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, building scalable processes in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
Self-starter mentality with a strong bias for action, ownership, and measurable impact.
