Requirements

2+ years of experience managing small to medium-sized software development teams, preferably in an Agile environment
8+ years of experience in senior engineering roles
Strong leadership, communication, and technical writing skills
Demonstrated expert-level knowledge in relevant technical domains: Microsoft .NET technology stack (C# / .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs) and relational and other databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB or any other), Git, unit testing, debugging, profiling, performance monitoring
Distributed software systems architecture best practices
B.S., M.S. or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or a related technical field
