About the role

  • Own quarterly planning and execution for your module(s), ensuring alignment with product and business priorities.
  • Drive successful, timely, and high-quality delivery of commitments.
  • Maintain a consistently high bar for execution across the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Actively engage at both design and code levels, demonstrating strong understanding of relevant technologies, architectures, and frameworks.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers and partners.

  • Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and shared ownership.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing small to medium-sized software development teams, preferably in an Agile environment
  • 8+ years of experience in senior engineering roles
  • Strong leadership, communication, and technical writing skills
  • Demonstrated expert-level knowledge in relevant technical domains: Microsoft .NET technology stack (C# / .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs) and relational and other databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB or any other), Git, unit testing, debugging, profiling, performance monitoring
  • Distributed software systems architecture best practices
  • B.S., M.S. or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or a related technical field
