About the role

  • Operate as a strategic builder, owning the end-to-end employee experience for our critical talent development products.
  • Define and Drive the Talent Development Roadmap: Own the vision, goals, and principles for our Onboarding and Manager/Leader Development programs.
  • Lead programs from inception to scale, maintaining existing programs (e.g., the current 3-day onboarding), identifying quick wins for optimization, while also rethinking program foundations.
  • Move beyond basic, one-size-fits-all programming by defining the program vision, user needs, and journey maps for key user personas (e.g., new hires, first-time managers, senior leaders).
  • Work backwards from measurable goals, conducting discovery and using design thinking to co-create iterative solutions.
  • Serve as the central Project Manager for your programs, translating strategy into working plans with clear milestones and ownership.
  • Corral the right partners (HRBPs, People Ops, Business Leaders) at the right time, building strong relationships and creating alignment across the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build programs from the ground up.
  • A track record of delivering end-to-end programs from inception to launch and eventual scale (e.g., People programs, UX/service design, product management, or complex project management).
  • The ability to move from a 10,000-foot strategy view to hands-on execution.
  • A track record of moving beyond surface fixes by digging into root causes and designing thoughtful, scalable, and impactful solutions.
  • Experience using both qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate program effectiveness, drive adoption, and inform continuous iteration.
  • Proven success in aligning diverse stakeholders (corralling the right partners/herding the cats) through clear communication, strong rationale, and trust.
  • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed environment.
  • Prior experience specifically working within a Talent Management, L&D, or People Operations function.
  • Familiarity with modern HR or L&D tooling/technology platforms.
  • Live and/or virtual facilitation experience leading others through learning and/or development programs (onboarding, training, manager/leader development).
Benefits
  • Flextime, recognition, and support for autonomous work: Flexible time off with ample learning and development opportunities to continue growing your career.
  • Comprehensive onboarding program, leadership training for Titans at all levels, and other programs and events.
  • Great work is rewarded through Bonusly, peer-nominated awards, and more.
  • Holistic health and wellness benefits: Company-paid medical, dental, and vision (with 100% employer paid options and 90% coverage for dependents), FSA and HSA, 401k match, and telehealth options including memberships to One Medical.
  • Support for Titans at all stages of life: Parental leave and support, up to $20k in fertility services (i.e. IUI and IVF), surrogacy, and adoption reimbursement, on demand maternity support through Maven Maternity, free breast milk shipping through Maven Milk, pet insurance, legal advisory services, financial planning tools, and more.
