Operations

• Execute and support improvements to recruiting processes, scheduling, and onboarding to ensure an efficient, consistent, and positive candidate journey.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate recruiting workflows.
• Coordinate and align with Legal, People Technology, HR, TA and other stakeholders to roll out new processes and refine existing ones.
• Generate and deliver recurring TA data, dashboards, and insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure day-to-day adherence to compliance standards and internal policies throughout the candidate process.
• Support the implementation of new processes and tools by creating documentation, delivering training, and ensuring effective alignment and adoption across the TA team and business partners.
