About the role
- Become an expert in ServiceTitan Pro Products, specifically Conduit Tech
- Guide clients through implementation, configuration, and training
- Manage complex timelines with multiple stakeholders
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive Pro Product success
- Analyze Conduit adoption data to identify actionable insights
- Engage actively in feedback with product teams
- Iterate frequently on processes in a startup-like environment
Requirements
- Experience in Support, Implementation, or Account Management within an enterprise software or SaaS environment
- 2+ years of relevant experience managing multiple accounts, OR 1+ years experience in the home services industry
- A BA/BS degree is preferred
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to efficiently identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
- An intermediate understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
