• System responsibility: As a core contact for various tools within our research agency, you will help ensure processes and data are accurately maintained in the systems at all times.
• Project management: Your tasks include creating paid research projects in the billing tool for internal and external clients and uploading relevant project documents.
• Service provider management: You will place and give initial approval for vendor orders and upload proof-of-performance documents in our billing tool.
• Financial and invoice processes: You will be involved in planning and preparing invoice line items and support the first review stage for incoming invoices.
