About the role

  • Act as an active liaison between clients, creative teams and suppliers
  • Work with exciting clients
  • Independently implement and monitor cross‑media communication measures in close collaboration with the creative team and account team
  • Create conceptual presentations and lead client meetings
  • Take responsible control and coordination of workflows, timings and costs

Requirements

  • A completed degree in communications/business or a comparable qualification
  • Experience supporting retail/commerce clients and providing 360° client service, as well as implementing efficient production processes for print and digital assets
  • Strong digital know‑how and experience in managing and executing video and photo productions
  • Passion and enthusiasm for client consulting
  • Confident client handling and negotiation skills, as well as leadership qualities when working with junior team members
  • Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Very good German and English skills
