About the role

  • Active liaison between clients, creative teams and suppliers

  • Independently implement and oversee cross-media communication activities in close collaboration with the creative and account teams

Requirements

  • A degree in communications, business or a comparable qualification
  • Experience supporting retail clients and providing 360-degree client management, as well as implementing efficient production processes for print and digital assets
  • Strong digital know‑how and experience in managing and delivering video and photo productions
  • Passion and enthusiasm for client consulting
  • Confident client-facing manner and negotiation skills, plus leadership qualities in working with junior team members
  • Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Very good German and English skills
