About the role

  • Strategic consulting for clients and internal teams with a focus on value creation and improving business outcomes through data-driven analysis
  • Development and implementation of holistic business strategies translated into concrete initiatives and projects
  • Analysis and identification of root causes of business challenges and support in delivering sustainable solutions
  • Execution of thorough business assessments, including requirements gathering and data analysis, to derive strategic recommendations
  • Management and support of change and digitalization projects to introduce new processes, strategies and technologies
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders to ensure aligned objectives
  • Close collaboration with C-level executives and other senior leaders, and participation in cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in management consulting in a digital environment or in marketing (including budget optimization)
  • Proven experience in process optimization, automation and AI
  • Experience working in agency networks or matrix organizations and in managing complex programs
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • Excellent presentation skills and proficiency with digital collaboration tools
  • Knowledge of information security and awareness-raising in information security
