About the role
- You will dive deep into social media management and influencer marketing and learn all relevant disciplines from the perspective of a project manager
- You will work closely with content creators and their management teams to develop creative ideas and formats
- You will benefit from our Campus training program and the expertise of experienced colleagues
Requirements
- A completed degree in communications/marketing or a comparable qualification.
- Enthusiasm for learning and personal development, willingness to actively contribute, take responsibility, and work interdisciplinarily within a team
- Initial marketing experience from internships or working-student positions — ideally on the client or agency side
- Organizational talent: you enjoy keeping the threads in hand and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- A creative, strategically grounded mindset, strong communication skills, and a confident appearance
- Good MS Office skills as well as fluent German and good English, both spoken and written.
