About the role

  • Conceptualize, plan, organize, produce and edit video content for social media (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.)
  • Develop creative ideas for visual campaigns and trends
  • Ensure high image and sound quality
  • Ideally: comfortable appearing on camera occasionally for short clips, presentations or creative formats
  • Collaborate with our Social Media team on content planning and strategy

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in video/photography or several years of demonstrable experience in video production and editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut)
  • An eye for current social media trends and storytelling
  • Creativity, initiative and a strong sense of aesthetics
  • Knowledge of motion design or animation is a plus
  • Very good German and English skills
