About the role
- Conceptualize and implement 360° campaigns and lead the project and creative teams
- Act as a proactive link between the agency, suppliers and clients
- Develop strategic foundations for existing and new clients
- Manage and plan the agency budget, monitor costs and oversee billing
- Prepare and deliver client presentations
- Highly motivated and collaborative working in an innovative and international environment
Requirements
- Degree in business administration with a focus on Marketing/Communication or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience consulting at a communications agency with a 360° approach
- Passion for brands and a strong sense for good creative work
- Enthusiasm for working in a communicative team
- Strong teamwork skills and a high level of responsibility
- Solid MS Office skills; production experience (online, offline, video) and CRM knowledge are a plus
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
