About the role

  • You warmly welcome, assist and inform all visitors, clients, colleagues, subtenants and co-workers at our central front desk
  • You take care of their requests, act as the point of contact for day-to-day needs, and help bring the onsite community together
  • You prepare conference rooms, ensure a pleasant atmosphere and occasionally rearrange furniture
  • You support and oversee internal and external meetings, events and functions
  • You manage the phone switchboard, accept deliveries and beverages, process incoming and outgoing mail, coordinate external service providers and handle inquiries of all kinds

Requirements

  • Experience in reception, office management or hospitality
  • Enjoy frequent interaction, strong communication skills and a welcoming, service-oriented manner
  • Organizational talent, reliability and the ability to perform under pressure — even when things get busy
  • Confident user of MS Office, very good German and good English skills
  • General IT affinity and willingness to quickly learn new applications and tools
