Project Manager

• Meet with homeowners and property managers
• Inspect water, fire, and storm damage losses
• Explain the restoration process and scope of work
• Secure restoration projects and coordinate production
• Schedule crews and maintain project communication
• Oversee documentation and customer experience throughout the job

Business Development Rep

• Develop the pipeline of new business through prospecting
• Develop and maintain key relationships with clients
• Identify targets: existing relationships and new targets for Disaster Response
• Execute tactics to support overall company strategies/goals
• Work in tandem with our Sales Consultant to drive profitable revenue growth
• Join Associations within the Industry that will generate leads
• Utilize CRM software to manage new and existing clients and accounts
• Represent Disaster Response at Tradeshows/Golf-outings and similar events

Business Development Manager

• Develop the pipeline of new business through prospecting
• Develop and maintain key relationships with clients including Property Managers, Business Owners, Healthcare, Hospitality, Agents, Brokers, Insurance Adjusters, Maintenance teams
• Identify existing relationships and new targets for Disaster Response and prospect in the field
• Conduct education and training programs to grow sales with Commercial and Residential opportunities
• Execute tactics to support overall company strategies/goals by identifying potential sales opportunities
• Work in tandem with Sales Consultant to drive profitable revenue growth
• Participate in Insurance Industry Events at least 2 times per month
• Utilize CRM software to manage new and existing clients and accounts and maintain records of all marketing activities daily
• Attend training courses and continuous learning opportunities

• Project Managers lead restoration projects from start to finish, making key decisions that drive successful outcomes for both residential and commercial clients.
• This hands-on leadership role oversees field operations, including drying, demolition, and restoration activities, while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety.
• You’ll lead technicians, communicate directly with customers, and manage project documentation throughout the job lifecycle.
• This position also includes assisting with or preparing estimates using Xactimate in alignment with IICRC standards.
