About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser designation
  • Must be a Certified real estate appraiser in Pennsylvania
  • No trainee or licensed appraisers permitted
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • College degree preferred
  • Experience appraising a broad range of property types, including those typical of coverage areas
  • Sufficient computer skills to develop appraisal reports and communicate effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software products
  • Ability to work independently
  • Commitment to developing quality appraisal products
  • Interest in appraisal innovation and integrity
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be located within reasonable commuting distance of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
