About the role

Perform desktop and field appraisal assignments according to client requirements
Provide quality review appraisals
Handle quality control escalations
Perform quality control reviews on complex valuation reports
Troubleshoot, discuss, and independently resolve complex quality control escalations with field appraisers and lender clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser designation
Must be a Certified real estate appraiser in Pennsylvania
No trainee or licensed appraisers permitted
High School Diploma/GED required
College degree preferred
Experience appraising a broad range of property types, including those typical of coverage areas
Sufficient computer skills to develop appraisal reports and communicate effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft software products
Ability to work independently
Commitment to developing quality appraisal products
Interest in appraisal innovation and integrity
Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
Must be located within reasonable commuting distance of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
