About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a team responsible for First Time Vacant Review, REO, Bid Processing, Asset Registration and Conveyance Coordination
- Respond to audit and non-compliance issues in a timely manner
- Support daily client interactions and maintain client relationships
- Ensure work activities meet daily volume and quality requirements
- Monitor staff performance according to established standards
- Enforce disciplinary actions when necessary
- Maintain focus on trending, QC/QA and reporting
- Maintain daily quality and productivity goals
- Interview, hire and handle disciplinary needs of staff
- Handle incoming phone calls as needed
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous leadership experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to excel in a high-impact position within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Must be proficient in Microsoft software products
- Experience with governmental regulations, such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD
- Ability to oversee all processes
- Previous experience with property management, construction, and property insurance a plus
- Experience working with P&L preferred
- Basic understanding of local laws and ordinances regarding property condition ideal
- Previous mortgage servicing and/or property preservation experience preferred
