About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete desktop and field appraisal assignments within established client-driven turn times
Perform quality control reviews on complex valuation reports, including jumbo loans, private wealth/high net worth, and unique or complex properties
Contact field appraisers to discuss and resolve complex or time-sensitive revision requests
Resolve quality control escalations by coaching field appraisers, discussing concerns and options with clients, and keeping all parties informed
Understand, implement, and maintain current knowledge of ServiceLink policies and procedures
Maintain understanding of USPAP, FNMA requirements, and state regulations governing appraisal services
Maintain ServiceLink quality standards for completion and delivery of appraisal reports
Provide timely web updates on assignments
Exhibit professionalism during site visits
Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need

Appraisal Certification (Residential or General); only Certified Residential or Certified General appraisers considered
Georgia real estate appraiser certification required; no trainee or licensed appraisers permitted
High School Diploma/GED required
College Degree preferred
Experience appraising a broad range of property types
Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft software products
Prior valuation experience with a major lender or AMC preferred
Advanced designations a plus
Maintain license(s) in good standing and attend required CEU courses
Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States and must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
Candidates must be located within reasonable commuting distance of the Atlanta, Georgia market and have appraisal expertise in that market
