About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify title issues on real estate title products and report items affecting title through or after the Loan Modification process.
- Create and provide grade sheets detailing title issues on graded title reports.
- Review recorded documents for accuracy.
- Address inquiries from servicers and internal staff.
- Maintain open communication with management and servicers.
- Attend and participate in team meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid work history in the mortgage or real estate industry
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Working knowledge of real estate title
- Proven customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft software products
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to meet daily production goals with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
