About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Record title documents in a team environment
  • Perform quality control checks on unrecorded documents before recording
  • Submit documents to counties through e-file systems and direct mail
  • Calculate county filing fees
  • Troubleshoot rejected documents and resubmit them to counties
  • Use UPS to track incoming and outgoing documents
  • Answer phone calls and reply to emails from recording service clients
  • Meet daily production goals with a high level of accuracy
  • Handle other essential duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–2 years’ experience working in an office environment
  • 1–2 years’ experience recording deeds preferred
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software products
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to meet daily production goals with a high level of accuracy
  • Critical reasoning and thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new skills, processes, and procedures
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Ability to work in-office daily within reasonable commuting distance of Irvine, CA
