About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Be responsible for the coordination of all ServiceLink title products.
  • Review Work In Progress reports to ensure completion.
  • Interact with ServiceLink’s vendor panel to ensure that fees, turn times, and service quality are within established SLAs.
  • Process orders in accordance with ServiceLink and client requirements.
  • Work with vendors as well as staff and other associated outside agencies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Practical work experience within real estate industry.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe.
