About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and support Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity integration.
- Manage Azure Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, access controls, and role‑based access.
- Monitor cloud resources to ensure performance, availability, and cost efficiency.
- Support hybrid environments integrating on‑premises infrastructure with Azure services.
- Maintain accurate system documentation and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with IT support, network, security, and application teams to resolve incidents and implement changes.
- Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 escalation support for complex technical issues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–7 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure support.
- Strong hands‑on experience with:
- Microsoft Azure
- Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC)
- Group Policy Objects (GPO)
- Windows Server administration
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud/on‑prem environments.
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
