About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer and support Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity integration.
  • Manage Azure Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, access controls, and role‑based access.
  • Monitor cloud resources to ensure performance, availability, and cost efficiency.
  • Support hybrid environments integrating on‑premises infrastructure with Azure services.
  • Maintain accurate system documentation and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT support, network, security, and application teams to resolve incidents and implement changes.
  • Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 escalation support for complex technical issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–7 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure support.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with:
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC)
  • Group Policy Objects (GPO)
  • Windows Server administration
  • Experience supporting hybrid cloud/on‑prem environments.
  • Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.
