About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer and support Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity integration.
Manage Azure Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, access controls, and role‑based access.
Monitor cloud resources to ensure performance, availability, and cost efficiency.
Support hybrid environments integrating on‑premises infrastructure with Azure services.
Maintain accurate system documentation and operational procedures.
Collaborate with IT support, network, security, and application teams to resolve incidents and implement changes.
Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 escalation support for complex technical issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
3–7 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure support.
Strong hands‑on experience with:
Microsoft Azure
Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC)
Group Policy Objects (GPO)
Windows Server administration
Experience supporting hybrid cloud/on‑prem environments.
Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.
